4:30pm - 6:00pm: 2nd row (SCRC)

6:00pm-7:00pm: Video review, snack (SCRC)

2:30pm - 4:00pm: Strength & Conditioning Talk. Frank Velasquez (TRRA)

6:30am-8am: Row (SCRC)

8:00am-9:30am: Video review, breakfast. (SCRC)

9:30am-10:30am: Move to TRRA

11am-12:30pm: Confidence row, exercises in the channel (TRRA)

12:30 - 2pm: Group lunch with the coaches
